2 yummy frostings

so tonight i was in a mood for cupcakes..but i didnt want just plain old vanilla cupcakes..they had to be chocolate..but wait i didnt want just chocolate but something richer..huummmm...i know! chocolate mini cupcakes with unique homemade frosting....peanut butter frosting and fresh strawberry frosting(ok so this isnt to off the wall but fresh strawberry over fake..BIG DIFFERENCE!)

so the mini cupcake part was kinda a flop..they r super cute and little..but when u dont use those baby mini liners,,they dont like to come outta the pan so great!..but hey chocolate is chocolate..right!

but on the other hand the frostings where amazing!!! heres the recipes!

PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING: FRESH STRAWBERRY FROSTING:

1/2 C PEANUT BUTTER 5 WHOLE STRAWBERRYS (FROZEN WORK GREAT)
1 C POWDER SUGAR 2 TBS MILK
2-3 TBS MILK 4CP POWDER SUGAR (THIS TAKES ALOT)
4 TBS MELTED BUTTER 3TBS MELTED BUTTER


(MY FAVORITE WAS THE PEANUT BUTTER COVER CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE!) ENJOY!!!
